This video represents my thesis for Master degree of Computer Graphics in 2005. Color Stippling Technique is kind of Non-Photorealistic Rendering Technique. This idea referred to pointillism of neo-impressionist artists, such as Georges Seurat. Through the Color Stippling technique, general photo images can be changed to artistic ones fast and easy.
